If you are sure that your company has rates for a certain location, but they are not showing up in the calculator...
It could be due to 2 main reasons:
Channels: Verify that the Channel you are using, allows you to see the specific set of rates you're looking for. Keep in mind that, if you have different sets of rates for that location, you will only be able to see the rates for the "more specific" Channel. This means, if you have a Private Channel you will see these rates and not the Geographic or Public rates.
Validity: Please check the rate's expiration date. If the rates are expired, they will not show up in the calculator results.
